Riyadh – Mubasher: Arabian Internet and Communications Services Company (solutions) inked a framework agreement with Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Aramco) for a digital computing infrastructure project.
The deal covers the supplying, installing, and maintaining the digital computing devices and their related accessories for Saudi Aramco, according to a bourse disclosure.
The two parties penned the agreement on 16 September, with a value exceeding 5% of solutions’ revenue as per the latest audited annual financial statements for 2024.
Meanwhile, the revenue is not fixed and depends on purchase orders generated by Saudi Aramco.
The financial impact of the five-year contract will reflect on the telecom group’s financial statements during the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2025.
In the first half (H1) of 2025, solutions logged net profits after tax valued at SAR 807 million, while the oil giant registered net profits worth SAR 182.57 billion.
